What exactly is a FAYCE disposable face towel?

A single-use face towel made from ultra-soft viscose, a plant-based fibre. Each box holds 50 towels measuring 10 x 12 inches. You use one, then dispose of it — no laundry, and nothing carried over from yesterday.

What's the difference between the textured and smooth sides?

Each towel has two working surfaces. The textured side has a light embossed weave for a gentle exfoliating pass, useful for lifting cleanser residue or flakiness. The smooth side is flat and soft, for patting dry on sensitive days, after a peel or retinol night, or post-shave. Same towel — just turn it over. Most disposable face towels give you only one surface.

Why not just use my regular towel?

A reused towel accumulates what you wipe off it. Left damp in a warm bathroom, it stays wet between uses, and everything on it goes back onto freshly cleansed skin. Standard hygiene advice is to use a clean towel each time — FAYCE makes that practical.

Can I use FAYCE wet as well as dry?

Yes. Use it dry to pat your face after cleansing, or dampen it to remove makeup, take off a mask, or apply toner. The towel holds together when wet and won't shed lint either way.

Is FAYCE suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Yes. Use the smooth side — it's flat and soft, with no lint, no detergent residue, and no added fragrance. Save the textured side for days when you want a light exfoliating pass. If your skin is reacting to something, patch test as you would with any new product.

What are the towels made of?

Ultra-soft viscose, a plant-based cellulose fibre. Unlike cotton, it doesn't shed lint or hold detergent residue.

What does OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 mean?

An independent certification system that tests every component of a textile for substances harmful to health. A certified product carries no bleach, dyes, or restricted chemicals above the tested limits — which matters when the fabric touches your face daily.

How long does one box last?

Each box holds 50 towels. At one a day that's roughly seven weeks; at twice daily, about 25 days. Most people land around a month per box.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Choose Subscribe & Save at checkout and your box ships automatically every 30 days at 10% off. You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time from your account — there's no minimum commitment.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time. Manage everything — delivery date, frequency, pause, or cancel — from your customer account. No phone call required.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

FAYCE ships Canada-wide and prices in CAD, so there are no cross-border duties, customs delays, or exchange-rate surprises at checkout.

How should I dispose of used towels?

Bin them after a single use. The towels are viscose, a plant-based fibre that breaks down far faster than synthetic wipes. Check your municipality's guidance before adding them to green-bin organics, as rules vary across the GTA.

Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?

If you run a spa, salon, studio, or clinic and are interested in volume orders, get in touch — we're happy to discuss trade pricing.
