How FAYCE subscriptions work

Choosing Subscribe & Save at checkout sets up a recurring order of FAYCE Disposable Face Towels, delivered automatically every 30 days at a 10% discount off the one-time price.

Billing

Your payment method is charged each time an order is processed, using the same card or payment method used for your first order. You'll receive an email before each renewal so nothing arrives unexpectedly.

Skip, pause, or cancel

There is no minimum commitment. You can skip a delivery, change the delivery date, pause, or cancel at any time from your customer account. Changes must be made before an order is processed to apply to that delivery.

Changing your details

Shipping address and payment details can be updated in your account at any time. Updated details apply to your next scheduled order.

Price changes

If subscription pricing changes, we'll notify you by email before it takes effect, giving you the chance to continue, adjust, or cancel.

Shipping

Subscription orders are charged the same shipping rates as one-time orders — $10.00 flat per order, free over $99. Local pickup is available in Toronto.
