Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your FAYCE towels. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of returned items

Because FAYCE Disposable Face Towels are a personal hygiene product, we can only accept returns of boxes that are unopened and with the seal intact. Opened boxes cannot be resold and are not eligible for return unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping. Photographs of the issue help us resolve it quickly.

How to start a return

Email info@fayceskin.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — items sent without a return request can't be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further few days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the unopened item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be skipped, paused, or cancelled at any time from your account before the next order is processed. Orders that have already been processed follow the return terms above.

Sale items and gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable. Sale items are returnable on the same terms as full-price items.
