Shipping Policy

Where we ship

FAYCE ships across Canada. All prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD), so there are no cross-border duties, customs delays, or exchange-rate surprises at checkout.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat $15.00 CAD per order, however many boxes you buy.

Shipping is free on orders of $80 or more. The cost shown at checkout is final — there are no additional handling fees, duties, or brokerage charges.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area are usually at the shorter end of that range; remote and northern communities may take longer.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak periods can extend transit times.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then get in touch.

Subscription deliveries

Subscription orders ship on the same schedule and at the same shipping rates as one-time orders. Your renewal date is shown in your account, and you can skip, pause, or cancel at any time before an order is processed.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll sort it out. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
